Products & pricing

Our pieces are made with natural materials. Baroque pearls and natural stones vary in shape, tone, and light — no two are identical, and such variation is part of the piece, not a defect.
Material and care details are stated on each product page. Claims about a specific piece apply only where stated on that piece's page.
We take care with photography, but screens differ; slight differences between images and the delivered piece may occur.
Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order.
We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where a pricing or description error has occurred, or where we cannot verify the order. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded in line with our Refund Policy.
Payment
