Condition of returned pieces

Pieces must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original keepsake case and packaging, with proof of purchase.

For reasons of hygiene, earrings may be excluded from return unless faulty. [Earring return position — to be confirmed.]

How to start a return

Write to care@fairestmaiden.example [contact email — to be confirmed] or WhatsApp +971 50 000 0000 [WhatsApp number — to be confirmed] with your order number and the piece you wish to return. We will reply with the return address and steps.

Exchanges

If the piece you wish for costs more, the difference is payable; if less, the difference is settled in line with our Refund Policy.

Damaged or defective pieces

If a piece arrives damaged or defective, tell us [notification window — e.g. within 48 hours of delivery — to be confirmed], with photographs of the piece and its packaging.

We will assess it promptly and, where confirmed, offer repair, replacement, or refund in line with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law. [Detailed damaged/defective process — to be confirmed.]

After we receive a return

Returned pieces are inspected on arrival. Approved returns are refunded in line with our Refund Policy. Pieces that do not meet the conditions above may be returned to you. [Handling of non-compliant returns — to be confirmed.]
